Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! To maintain the highest quality and offer the best prices, we have a strict but fair policy for returns and exchanges. Please read the terms below carefully:
- Policy Timeline We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy. You must request a return or size exchange within 7 days of receiving your shoes. After 7 days, no requests will be accepted.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video (Zaroori Rule) To prevent fraud and confirm any damages or wrong items, a complete and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.The video must start before opening the parcel.It must clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the box.Any claim of damage, missing items, or wrong size without a proper unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
- Condition of the Shoes For a successful return or exchange, the shoes must be: Completely unworn and unused (try them on a clean carpeted surface only).Free from any creases, dirt, or scratches on the sole and upper body.Returned in their original shoe box with all tags attached.
- Shipping & Return Charges (Aane-Jaane Ka Kharcha)Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning or exchanging the item. Both forward and return shipping charges are non-refundable.If you request an exchange for a different size, the new shipping charges for sending the replacement pair must also be paid by the customer. Exception: Shipping fees will only be covered by us if we sent the wrong size or a damaged product (verified via the unboxing video).How to Start a Request:To initiate a return or size exchange, please email your unboxing video and order details to nitish8059khare@gmail.com or contact our support team.Note: Items sent back to us without a confirmed approval from our team will not be accepted.
